How long does delivery take?
We aim to send orders out within 48-hours, but please allow
14 days for delivery.
What do if my order doesn’t arrive?
After the 14th day please contact our customer services either
by email or telephone and they will do their best to help you.
What if the product I buy is faulty?
You can return any faulty item within 14 days and we will exchange
it, give you a refund or credit note.
My item has arrived but I don’t like it - can I return
it?
Yes you can return it as long it is unopened and untouched
and its in the same condition as it left our warehouse in.
We will then refund the purchase price only (we will not refund
shipping costs on returned items).
Is your credit card facility safe?
We use PayPal as our payment processing agents, so you need
an account to be able to make a payment to us. Setting up an
account is free and easy, and takes just a few minutes. Once
you have created your account the first time, then you'll not
need to create it again. On your next visit, simply enter your
PayPal username and password.
Can I pay by cash, cheque or postal order?
We prefer payment by credit card, because then we can post
items out fast. But if you don’t have a credit card,
please contact us and we will sort out another form of payment.
Do you drop-ship all the items on your website?
Yes all the items are available for drop-shipping customers.
